LM 130/280A is manufactured and designed according to the latest technology. The mixer grinder has a feed hopper of 280 liters and fits perfectly in industry. The grinding motor is 7.5 kW and the mixing motor 1.1 kW. Meat and fat are thoroughly mixed before grinding so that the the finished minced meat gets an even mixture of these. The mill's motors have gear boxes and are quiet and smooth, which gives a very good result. Funnel, lid and outer sides are made of polished stainless steel. The end nut, which holds the grinder set in place, is made of brass. The extraction tool for the grinder screw/grinder set has a lever (to make it easier when the grinder set needs to be removed for cleaning). LM 130/280A is supplied with Unger system (as below) and 2 mm end disc as standard.
