KT ALP presses and tenderizes fresh meat quickly and efficiently, without weight loss. The meat slice gets an even thickness and the meat retains its juiciness even during frying. The machine is made of stainless steel and has a protected work area with automatic start. The thickness of the final product is continuously adjustable between 1 – 30 mm.
